Drive to Jinka, stopping at Konso, a UNESCO heritage site famous for terraced hillsides and wooden grave markers (waka). If the day is Thursday, visit Key Afer Market, where several tribes gather. Overnight in Jinka.

Take a morning excursion into Mago National Park to meet the Mursi people, famous for lip plates and unique traditions. Continue the drive to Turmi, home of the Hamar tribe. Overnight in Turmi.

Spend the day exploring Hamar culture—renowned for elaborate hairstyles, beadwork, and body painting. If you’re lucky, witness a bull-jumping ceremony, an important rite of passage. Overnight in Turmi.

Drive to Omorate to cross the Omo River and meet the Dassanech people. Return toward Turmi, stopping at the Karo tribe, known for spectacular body painting and riverside villages. Overnight in Turmi.

Drive back north, stopping again in Konso to visit cultural sites and learn more about their ancient traditions. Continue to Arba Minch for overnight.

Morning boat trip on Lake Chamo to spot hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. Drive back to Addis Ababa with scenic stops along the Rift Valley lakes. Evening transfer for departure – end of tour.
