Discover Ethiopia
A Country Like No Other
Ethiopia offers a unique blend of ancient history, breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural diversity. Often called the “Cradle of Humanity”, it is one of the oldest nations in the world and was never fully colonised. Its capital, Addis Ababa, is the diplomatic hub of Africa and a centre of history and culture.
Ethiopia lies in the Horn of Africa, bordered by Eritrea, Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya, Somalia and Djibouti. With more than 120 million people, it is Africa’s second most populous country.
